When not is use, unsnap the training fork from the breastplate. |

Snap it to the bit or halter ring. |

This is how the training fork would look attached to the bit.
Then remove the reins from your horse's head. |

Reverse the process when you are ready to ride again. Place the reins over the horse's head first, then unsnap the training fork from the bit or halter ring and snap it back on the breastplate. |
