This headstall is useful for ride & tie because it functions as a halter without removing the bit. It is also useful for those using mechanical hackamores because the nose band on the headstall is always positioned above the nose band of the hackamore. It comes standard in 3/4" with adjustable nose band and throat latch. Other widths are optional.
